TechFlow reported on February 6 that according to Bitcoin.com News, India's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND) has fined cryptocurrency exchange Bybit 927 million Indian rupees (approximately $1.06 million) and blocked its website for violating anti-money laundering regulations. Bybit had operated in India without obtaining the required registration. The FIU-IND took action after identifying multiple compliance violations.
