TechFlow news, January 30 — According to Unusualwhales, Marius Nilsen, a member of Norway's parliament, has nominated Elon Musk for the Nobel Peace Prize.
The nomination cites Musk's strong defense of freedom of speech, open dialogue, and the right to express opinions, as well as his decision to provide access to the Starlink satellite internet system for Ukraine's military forces.
The Nobel Committee will announce the shortlisted candidates in March. Other current nominees include Donald Trump, nominated by Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, and Julian Assange.
