TechFlow news, on January 28, the latest data obtained from Sensor Tower shows that, according to estimates, DeepSeek's global mobile app downloads increased by over 375% in the past seven days (January 20 to January 26, local time) compared to the previous seven-day period (January 13 to January 19, local time).
Since its launch on January 11 this year, the DeepSeek app has accumulated over 3 million downloads. Among these, 80% occurred within the past seven days (data sourced from Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
Starting January 26, DeepSeek ranked first among free apps in the U.S. Apple App Store, a significant rise from its 10th position on January 25 and 31st on January 24.
In addition, from January 24 to January 25 (local time), the average daily active user count for the DeepSeek app globally and in the U.S. grew by over 110% compared to January 17 to January 18.
