The likelihood of a cumulative 50-basis-point rate cut by March has dropped to 0.6%, with a 25-basis-point cut now at 27.0%, and the probability of maintaining the current rate level reaches 72.4%.
Federal Reserve Chair Powell will hold a monetary policy press conference at 3:30 on January 30. Current market expectations anticipate the upper bound of the interest rate to remain at 4.50%.
