TechFlow news: Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget announced a $70 million reward for more than 1,700 employees, with most receiving bonuses equivalent to 6 to 10 months of salary.
CEO Gracy Chen posted on social media, "Just shared our year-end bonus results with the team—this includes first-half bonuses and monthly salaries. Our top performer received the equivalent of 50 months' salary, while most team members received 18–22 months' salary. 2024 has been extraordinary. Bitget now has over 100 million users and has grown into the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem. This incredible achievement is thanks to the hard work, resilience, and innovation of our global team of 1,700 people."
