TechFlow news: Initia, the Rollup-integrated network, has launched Weave CLI, aiming to lower the barrier for Rollup deployment. Users can enjoy a simple and hassle-free deployment experience comparable to RaaS, while retaining the customization and control of self-hosted deployments, enabling faster development for teams building full-stack applications.
Specifically, Weave offers a RaaS-like interface that allows users to deploy local Interwoven Rollups in just four lines of code, including all additional features such as Celestia DA, EVM/MOVE/WASM, custom gas tokens, oracles, and more—significantly reducing deployment complexity. Since everything is hosted locally, users maintain full control over their Rollups.
Weave aims to become the primary toolkit for any developer looking to build on the Initia and Interwoven ecosystem. Currently, Weave already supports deploying Initia L1 nodes, with plans to add more features in the future, including running other Rollup nodes (both self-deployed and existing Rollups on testnet or mainnet), scaffolding smart contract and frontend codebases for any supported VM, and integrating the Initia Wallet Widget.
