TechFlow news — On January 24, U.S. Representative Andy Ogles introduced a House joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution's 22nd Amendment to allow a president to serve up to three terms. The proposed amendment states that no person may be elected to the office of the President more than three times, but no one may be elected to the presidency more than twice consecutively.
Ogles stated that Trump is the only leader in modern history capable of reversing the nation's decline and needs sufficient time to accomplish his goals. He emphasized that within just a few days of taking office, Trump has already taken multiple actions, including declaring a border emergency, ending birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, and designating Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations.
