TechFlow reports that on January 18, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of Digital Trade and Service Trade." The plan proposes deploying high-performance computing infrastructure, building high-level cloud computing data center clusters, open computing platforms, and computing interconnection platforms. It also calls for constructing high-quality data infrastructure such as blockchain and corpora, developing urban blockchain infrastructure, creating Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms and universal cross-chain capabilities to support credible cross-border data flows, and advancing the development of high-quality corpus data elements.
