TechFlow reported on January 17 that, according to Coindesk, Boerse Stuttgart Digital, a subsidiary of Germany's Boerse Stuttgart stock exchange, has obtained a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), allowing it to operate across the European Union. The license was issued under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) framework. Previously, MoonPay, BitStaete, ZBD, and Hidden Road received similar licenses from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in December last year.
