TechFlow news — On January 13, according to local news outlet El Faro, Tether's Chief Financial Officer Giancarlo Devasini, CEO Paolo Ardoino, and Chief Operating Officer Claudia Lagorio have been purchasing significant real estate, with relevant property deeds collected.
On July 31, 2024, it was revealed that Ardoino and Lagorio acquired two plots of land within the luxury golf resort Condominio Villanueva Golf Country Club, valued at a total of $1.7 million. The resort also includes a residential area named El Encanto. Property records indicate that both Ardoino and Lagorio are naturalized citizens of El Salvador.
Devasini and Bitcoin-focused artist Valentina Picozz purchased a $2 million house on Tecana Street in San Salvador, each owning 50% of the property. Picozz is registered as a Salvadoran national, while Devasini is registered as Italian.
