TechFlow news: In response to a community member who said "Everyone in the tech industry has underestimated the importance of efficient capital formation for building the future," Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated: "For me, what really matters is creating funding structures that permanently incentivize open-source development, open standards, and security; discourage closed-mindedness and extractive behavior; and generally promote being a positive-sum participant in a broader ecosystem."
