TechFlow reports on January 8, OKX Chinese issued a security warning stating that counterfeit OKX Wallet browser extensions have appeared in the Firefox Add-ons store. OKX confirmed it has not released any Firefox plugins and has already filed a complaint with Firefox's official team.
The official advisory recommends users who have installed the malicious extension to immediately transfer their wallet assets. Users are reminded to download the extension only from the official website okx.com or authorized channels. Anyone discovering suspicious counterfeit products should contact the official team promptly.
