TechFlow reported on January 7 that Dennis Porter, co-founder of Satoshi Action Fund, said on X that up to 20 "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" bills will be introduced at the state level in the U.S.—some states may have multiple bills—as lawmakers fiercely compete to become the first in history. The vast majority of these bills will be based on the SBR (Strategic Bitcoin Reserve) model proposed by Satoshi Action Fund. Previously, Porter stated that the 14th U.S. state is now preparing to introduce "Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" legislation.
