TechFlow reports that on January 6, Catizen's ecosystem officially launched Cattea — the world's first "drink-to-earn" game — on Telegram, attracting over 1.5 million players in its closed beta test. Cattea introduces the innovative "Drink to Airdrop" mechanic, a puzzle-based match-3 casual game where players watch ads during gameplay to obtain in-game items that help clear levels and earn token rewards. By skillfully combining easy-to-learn mechanics with strategic challenges, the game integrates excitement, fun, and social interaction, quickly sparking heated discussions within the community.
Additionally, Cattea will be among the first projects to launch on the LINE Dapp Portal on January 22, 2025, allowing users to directly access and play the game through LINE Messenger and accumulate user rewards.
