TechFlow news, January 5 — Marc Zeller, founder of Aave Chan Initiative (ACI), the contributor team behind Aave, posted on X stating that to address Ethereum Foundation's issues, the following steps are needed:
- Immediately fire 80% of non-developer staff and the current leadership;
- Convert the foundation's remaining ETH into a market-tested LST portfolio;
- Cut 95% of current subsidies, especially initiatives like "running nodes in Vorkuta";
- Instead of selling ETH, use LSTs to borrow stablecoins via Sky/Aave while reducing operational expenses.
- Hand over the X account to @JimmyRagosa, @ethereumintern_, and @antiprosynth, who post over 20 updates daily promoting the Ethereum ecosystem.
