TechFlow reports, on January 4, cryptocurrency wallet Phantom released a statement explicitly denying any plans to issue a token. In response to market speculation that its social features might lead to a token airdrop, Phantom stated that the team's current focus is on improving users' experience in discovering new tokens and applications. The project is actively developing social discovery features aimed at making cryptocurrency use more personalized and social, but will not launch a native token.
