TechFlow reported on January 3, according to Reuters, that Andrew Chesley, lawyer for Terra co-founder Do Kwon, defended his client and stated he would not currently seek bail. As a result, U.S. District Judge Robert Lehrburger ordered Do Kwon detained. When U.S. marshals removed Do Kwon from the courtroom, he took with him a 79-page copy of the indictment. He is expected to appear in court again on January 8.
Previous report, Do Kwon pleaded not guilty to fraud charges at a hearing in Manhattan federal court.
