TechFlow reported on December 27 that Lucas Outumuro, Head of Research at IntoTheBlock, posted on X stating that during Christmas, a whale deposited 125,000 ETH (worth $417 million) into Aave.
Outumuro noted the deposit appears to originate from an HTX-labeled account (0x1...12e), which has already deposited 140,000 WETH (worth $490 million), bringing its total supplied to Aave to $1 billion.
