TechFlow reported on December 23 that David Lawant, Head of Research at cryptocurrency prime broker FalconX, wrote in a report that near-term price volatility for Bitcoin remains the "most likely scenario" before a "bullish trajectory" emerges in the first quarter of 2025.
"As we head into the final days of the year, low liquidity conditions could lead to increased volatility, especially given that December 27 may see Bitcoin's largest options expiry event in history," Lawant said.
