AI Agents and DeFi continued to stand out, gaining 8.54% and 6.10% respectively over the past 24 hours. Notably within the AI Agents sector, Fartcoin (FARTCOIN) surged 31.23%, while Virtua Protocol (VIRTUAL) and its ecosystem-related tokens LUNA and GAME extended yesterday's strong growth, rising 16.39%, 22.79%, and 18.56% respectively in the last 24 hours.
In the DeFi sector, Chainlink (LINK) and Aave (AAVE) rose 19.22% and 18.37% respectively, possibly driven by Trump-related crypto initiative WLFI purchases. Additionally, Lido DAO (LDO) gained 17.21%, likely influenced by Grayscale's launch of a Lido DAO trust fund.
In other sectors, Layer 1 posted a 0.68% gain and GameFi rose 0.26%. Yesterday's top performers, AI and DePIN, pulled back by -0.61%. The Meme sector saw the largest decline today, dropping -1.88%.
