TechFlow reported on December 12 that, according to The Block, on-chain data shows World Liberty Financial—a crypto project backed by Trump—purchased $5 million worth of Ethereum (approximately 1,285 ETH) today via CoW Swap. The project currently holds around $73.83 million in crypto assets, with Ethereum accounting for about $56.9 million.
The team is continuously converting stablecoins from WLFI token sales into ETH, signaling confidence in Ethereum's potential as a reserve asset. Since the token sale began on October 15, approximately $55 million worth of WLFI has been sold, though it still falls short of its $300 million fundraising target.
