TechFlow news, December 11: The Interchain Foundation (ICF) announced the acquisition of Skip, a key development team in the Cosmos ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Skip will be renamed Interchain Inc., becoming ICF's primary subsidiary led by Skip co-founders Barry Plunkett and Maghnus Mareneck, responsible for Cosmos' product, vision, and market strategy.
Meanwhile, ICF co-founder Ethan Buchman will step down from the board while continuing to contribute as an ecosystem co-founder. ICF will retain its status as a Swiss foundation and plans to expand its board membership.
