TechFlow News – MemeWave 2025, the first online summit dedicated to meme coins, will take place from December 9 to 23, 2024. Hosted by Bitget Wallet, this event will feature a series of online panel discussions exploring market trends, cultural evolution, and the potential of meme coins within decentralized finance (DeFi).
The summit will be livestreamed via Bitget Wallet’s and Bitget’s X and YouTube channels, reaching over 10 million global viewers. MemeWave 2025 brings together leading projects and industry leaders including Alvin Kan, COO of Bitget Wallet; Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget; Ray Chan, founder of 9gag and Memeland; Alena Shmalko, Ecosystem Lead at TON Foundation; as well as representatives from Animoca Brands, BNB Chain, GMGN, Chillguy, and Pyth Network. Participants will discuss how meme coins are shaping social media culture and entering mainstream markets, along with their growing role in DeFi innovation.
In addition, the NextBigMeme Challenge will spotlight the most promising new meme projects. Teams completing assigned tasks will gain exposure and support to help grow their initiatives.
