TechFlow news, on December 9, according to on-chain analyst烬 (Jing), a whale that withdrew 96,638.9 ETH from Coinbase at $1,567 per ETH in 2022 has completed its final transfer/sale of ETH: transferring 11,638.9 ETH (approximately $46.4 million) into Kraken seven hours ago.
This investor previously withdrew 96,638.9 ETH from Coinbase at $1,567 per ETH in 2022. Over a nine-month period from March to December 2024, they gradually transferred/sold all their ETH through eight transactions, achieving an average selling price of $3,078.
In total, this investor realized approximately $146 million in returns over an investment period of about two years, achieving a 96% return—nearly doubling their initial investment.
