TechFlow news, December 1 — According to Bitcoin.com, Spain's securities regulator CNMV has approved the country's first tokenization license, opening the door for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Ursus-3 Capital, in partnership with Onyze, becomes the first consortium able to offer such services to Spanish companies seeking entry into the distributed ledger space. "We firmly believe tokenizing real assets opens a universe of possibilities for entrepreneurs, and ensuring legal safety for investors is crucial," said Juan Jurado, General Manager of Ursus-3 Capital. Third parties can now already sign up for their tokenization services.
