TechFlow reported on November 28 that, according to Bloomberg, former Binance executive Amrita Srivastava has filed a whistleblower lawsuit in the UK over unfair dismissal. While working in London, Srivastava told an employment tribunal that she was unfairly dismissed after reporting an incident in which a colleague allegedly solicited bribes from clients in exchange for priority service. In response, Binance stated that it was already aware of the matter and had conducted an internal investigation, adding that the employee was dismissed due to poor performance—a decision made prior to her whistleblowing report. The case is currently being heard by a UK employment tribunal.
