TechFlow news, November 26 — CZ posted on X today stating: "I'm not against meme coins, but meme coins are getting 'a bit' weird now. Let's use blockchain technology to build real applications."
Some community members pointed out that even Musk supports meme coins, making it very difficult to end this craze. In response, CZ said: "Not trying to end anything—everyone has the right to choose what they invest in or hold. I'm just encouraging more builders."
In addition, a user asked whether the meme culture still exists (given that both CZ and Vitalik dislike memes). CZ replied: "We're all old dinosaurs. Well, Vitalik is still young. So there's only one dinosaur left."
