TechFlow news, November 21 — Digital Currency Group (DCG), the parent company of Grayscale, announced the launch of a new subsidiary named Yuma, dedicated to advancing the Bittensor (TAO) ecosystem. DCG founder and CEO Barry Silbert will also serve as Yuma's CEO. Yuma will provide funding, technical, and operational support to developers within the ecosystem. Silbert said the development trajectory and potential of decentralized AI remind him of the early days of the internet, and he believes Bittensor will transform the world by enabling open access to intelligence. The company has officially launched its website.
