The S&P 500 rose 2.5%, hovering around 5930, marking its 48th all-time high this year. The Nasdaq-100 gained 2.7%, reaching its first record high since July. The Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 3.6%.
In addition, crypto-related stocks saw broad gains: MicroStrategy rose 13.17% and Coinbase jumped 31.11%.
