TechFlow reported, according to Bloomberg, that despite the court freezing some of the couple's other assets, Tao Yaqiong (also known as Evelyn), wife of Three Arrows Capital co-founder Zhu Su, has sold a luxury home she owned in Singapore for 51 million Singapore dollars (38.5 million U.S. dollars).
According to property records seen by Bloomberg News, Tao Yaqiong's transaction was signed in July and completed last month. The prime bungalow sits on Dalvey Road near Singapore Botanic Gardens, occupying 1,446 square meters (15,568 square feet). Tao purchased the property in 2020 for 28.5 million Singapore dollars and subsequently redeveloped it.
