TechFlow news, October 31 — Binance announced it will leverage generative AI technology from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance user onboarding, customer support, and internal system diagnostics by optimizing the user experience. This initiative will be supported by AWS cloud services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS), driving digital transformation in the blockchain sector.
Specifically, Binance will use generative AI to streamline the verification process, increasing automated user information recognition accuracy to 95% and improving address verification success rates by 6% across 107 countries globally. Additionally, Binance has adopted generative AI-powered chatbots, boosting first-contact resolution (FCR) rates by 5%. Rohit Wad, Binance's Chief Technology Officer, stated that the collaboration with AWS not only enhances Binance's operational efficiency but also sets a new benchmark for the blockchain industry.
