TechFlow news, on October 25, Michael Saylor, founder of MicroStrategy, posted on social media that if Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella wants to earn another $1 trillion for Microsoft shareholders, he should contact him.
Earlier, on October 25 at 8:00 AM, Microsoft filed a Form A with the U.S. SEC on Thursday, which included a shareholder proposal suggesting the tech giant explore Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and other macroeconomic impacts. According to the filing, the board recommended shareholders vote against the proposal, stating that Microsoft had already "carefully considered this issue." The statement added: "Past assessments have included Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies among the options considered, and Microsoft will continue to monitor trends and developments related to cryptocurrencies to inform future decisions."
