TechFlow reported on October 23, according to CoinDesk, that Bitcoin developer Peter Todd has gone into hiding after being identified as Satoshi Nakamoto in the documentary "Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery," disrupting his normal life. Todd said his email inbox has been flooded with requests for financial assistance, along with threats from "crazy individuals" continuously harassing him. Personal security has now become Todd's top concern, fearing criminals might believe he is Satoshi Nakamoto—whose wallet holds over 1 million bitcoins, worth more than $67 billion at current prices. "Falsely claiming an ordinary person possesses extraordinary wealth exposes them to threats like robbery and kidnapping," Todd stated.
