TechFlow news, October 22 — Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform stating: "Although no major cryptocurrency participants registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2024, the agency still included cryptocurrencies on its 2025 examination priority list. The only crypto assets I can think of that the SEC has engaged with in a regulatory capacity—as opposed to an enforcement role—are Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. Will the examinations focus on these ETFs and the firms working with them?"
