TechFlow news, on October 17, Arthur Hayes responded to Zhu Su regarding Zhu's previous post involving him: "The only truthful part of your post is that we both worked at Deutsche Bank. When you're ready to cooperate with the BVI liquidators, please do so promptly and stop making creditors pay legal fees. BitMEX will accept any ruling the court deems appropriate, but I will not engage in backroom deals as you have done with CoinFlex, Hodlennon, Ox, and others."
Previously, Zhu Su posted that much of his work had been on behalf of Arthur Hayes, stating they worked together at the same bank counter at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong and likely shared two or three dozen close mutual friends. Zhu Su claimed he offered Arthur Hayes numerous cooperation options, which led many creditors who suffered losses to seize these opportunities. Earlier this year, after Arthur Hayes indicated this affected his ability to conduct business, Zhu Su withdrew the Expedited Protection Order against Arthur Hayes.
