TechFlow news, October 17 — According to an official announcement, the Ethena Foundation has proposed integrating Hyperliquid's Ethena liquidity with USDe.
The proposal requests that Ethena integrate Hyperliquid L1 as a qualified venue for a portion of its hedging flows, subject to technical and legal due diligence by the Ethena Foundation. If approved, the proposed integration would be implemented gradually and under control under the guidance of the Ethena Risk Committee as Ethena's hedging volume scales alongside Hyperliquid’s growth, with initial maximum allocation limits as described below.
Additionally, the proposal outlines synergies between Hyperliquid and Ethena and calls for the Ethena Risk Committee to conduct due diligence on Hyperliquid’s suitability as a potential hedging venue.
