TechFlow News, October 16 — According to on-chain analyst Yujin, a whale/institution has claimed and sold $3.81M worth of $EIGEN and $PUFFER airdrops within the past 5 hours.
- This whale/institution transferred $80M in stablecoins into Bitfinex and Binance between January and May this year to purchase 30,400 ETH, then deposited 33,300 ETH across 9 addresses into Puffer to earn EigenLayer and Puffer points.
- After both EigenLayer and Puffer launched their tokens and distributed airdrops, today this whale/institution used those 9 addresses to claim 826,000 $EIGEN ($2.76M) and 2,080,000 $PUFFER ($1.05M). The EIGEN was subsequently transferred to Binance, while the PUFFER was sent to Bitget. ◎ Currently, this whale/institution holds 43,300 ETH ($114M) and 1,114,000 UNI ($8.64M).
