TechFlow News, October 16 — According to an official announcement, the Osprey BONK Trust, an exchange-traded product (ETP) for BONK, a meme token on the Solana ecosystem, has begun accepting investments from its first qualified investors. To qualify, individuals must have an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse), a net worth exceeding $1 million, or be investment professionals (e.g., licensed affiliates of broker-dealers or investment advisors).
Following the completion of the initial investor fundraising, efforts will commence to list the product on a secondary market exchange.
