TechFlow reports, on October 14, according to Decrypt, Google search results no longer display price charts for Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. Users can still access these charts via Google Finance, but this change undoubtedly increases the difficulty for users to obtain cryptocurrency price information. Additionally, searching "DOGE" still displays Dogecoin's price chart, and the Ethereum Name Service (ENS) address balance lookup feature remains available. Google has not yet issued an official response regarding this change.
Previous report, Google Trends data shows that the search volume for "Bitcoin" on Google dropped to a one-year low during the period from October 13 to 19, 2024.
