TechFlow reported, according to Bitcoin.com, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently tweeted his opposition to the U.S. SEC's ongoing legal actions against XRP and related appeals in the Ripple case. Cryptocurrency derivatives platform Bitnomial has recently filed a lawsuit against the SEC over regulatory authority for XRP futures. Brad Garlinghouse shared the tweet, stating, "For a rogue agency that many thought couldn't sink any lower, they've once again hit a new low. The SEC now believes it can operate above the law, disregarding the court's ruling that XRP is not a security."
