TechFlow news, October 14 — According to Cointelegraph, the volume of Google searches for the term "Bitcoin" reached its lowest point in a year during the week of October 12, 2024. On a scale where 100 is the peak, global interest in this search term dropped to just 33 by the weekend. Meanwhile, search volume for "memecoin" stood at 77% during the same period, though it has not yet surpassed the all-time high of 100 recorded in late October 2023. However, Ki Young Ju, CEO and founder of CryptoQuant, believes that due to continued strong market interest in these digital assets, memecoin search volume will rebound to its previous historical peak by the end of October 2024.
