Harris's physician, Dr. Simmons, stated she is in "excellent physical condition" and possesses the "physical and mental resilience required to successfully carry out the duties of the presidency." The doctor noted that seasonal allergies and urticaria are "notable" aspects of her medical history, but symptoms have never been "severe."
A senior aide to Harris said they view the release of the vice president's medical report as an opportunity to highlight how little the public knows about the health of 78-year-old Trump. Trump's most detailed health report dates back seven years, which indicated he had high cholesterol, was overweight, and suffered from rosacea.
