TechFlow news — Blockstream CEO Adam Back responded to claims about not being Satoshi, stating: "In 2013, I joined the Bitcoin wizards IRC and asked many questions to understand the details of Bitcoin, such as address balances versus utxo coins. Logs from the IRC channel confirm this, so developers in the channel are certain that I am not Satoshi. I learned quickly and later in 2013 proposed Schnorr signatures, transaction malleability fixes (similar to segwit), confidential transactions (now used in the Liquid Network), committed transactions, decentralized pooling (such as Stratum V2), client-side validation, sidechains, and more."
