TechFlow news, October 5 — According to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community is currently voting on a proposal titled "Add sUSDe, USDe, and weETH to Aave v3 on ZKsync." The vote will conclude on October 8. The proposal was submitted by Aave Companies Initiative (ACI) on September 26, aiming to expand the list of supported assets for Aave on the zkSync network.
The proposal emphasizes that this expansion is part of the initial plan following zkSync's network launch. The Aave DAO received an allocation of ZK tokens during zkSync’s token generation event (TGE), and both Ethena and EtherFi have committed to providing additional incentives from their respective ZK token allocations. These incentives are intended to support market growth, with ACI serving as the emissions manager.
