TechFlow News, October 5 — According to foreign media reports, venture capitalist and a16z co-founder Ben Horowitz and his wife Felicia have announced they will donate a "significant amount" to U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris's presidential campaign. Just three months ago, Horowitz had expressed support for former President Donald Trump. In an internal employee letter at a16z, Horowitz emphasized that the donation is a personal decision, stating he and his wife have known Harris for many years and she has long been "a good friend to both of us." The move deals a blow to Trump. As the two candidates enter the final and most expensive weeks of campaigning, Trump’s campaign holds far less cash on hand than Harris’s.
