TechFlow News, Thesis, BoostVC, and Draper Associates have jointly launched the BitcoinFi Accelerator Program, which opened applications on September 27. This is a six-week, high-impact initiative designed to support early-stage entrepreneurs driving innovation on Bitcoin. Selected projects will receive $150,000 in initial funding in exchange for 5% equity, along with potential follow-on investments.
Participants will gain mentorship from industry experts such as Tim Draper and Adam Draper, as well as customized engineering support. The program focuses on three core areas: infrastructure, DeFi, and SocialFi, encouraging applications from projects building on Bitcoin or EVM-compatible networks. Eligibility requirements include: being in the early stages with a working demo or MVP, having raised no more than $1 million in funding, and comprising at least three team members including a technical co-founder. The application deadline is October 23, with selected teams announced on November 1. The first cohort will run from November 4 to December 13.
