TechFlow news, according to The Block, Binance's current CEO Richard Teng stated earlier this month at Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul: "The company structure at Binance is completely different now compared to when CZ was CEO—it’s now a board-led structure. Of course, CZ retains his shareholder rights as a shareholder, but in day-to-day operations, I work closely with the board to shape our global strategy."
Binance's current regional lead, Vishal Sacheendran, previously told The Block: "CZ will not be involved in any decision-making at Binance."
Nonetheless, CZ remains Binance's largest shareholder, owning approximately 90% of the shares.
