TechFlow reported on September 25, according to CryptoSlate, that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed its decision on options trading for BlackRock's and Bitwise's spot Ethereum ETFs to mid-November. The new deadlines for BlackRock and Bitwise are November 10 and November 11, respectively. The SEC stated it needs more time to consider the proposals, extending the original 45-day review period that was set to end on September 26. Previous report, the SEC approved options trading for BlackRock's Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) on September 20.
