TechFlow reports, on September 21, data from the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons shows that Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) is currently undergoing assessment at the Residential Reentry Management (RRM) facility in Long Beach, California. If all goes smoothly, Zhao is expected to reenter society on September 29.
RRM, also known as "halfway houses," serves as a bridge between the Federal Bureau of Prisons and local judicial agencies, providing transitional support for inmates nearing release. During Zhao's incarceration, Bitcoin's price has fluctuated by over $20,000. When Zhao entered prison in April, Bitcoin reached a high of $71,000, later dropping below $50,000, and has now recovered to $63,192.
