TechFlow news, on September 21, the LayerZero Foundation announced that the claiming period for its token ZRO has ended. All unclaimed tokens will be redistributed to eligible wallets that have already completed the claim. The eligibility criteria for redistribution are as follows:
-
Ineligible: Wallets that claimed ZRO after the token generation event (TGE) but did not conduct any transactions, and wallets identified as Sybil attacks during the first or second audit rounds.
-
Eligible: Wallets that claimed ZRO after TGE and have used LayerZero at least once.
Eligible wallets will receive additional ZRO based on their original claim ratio, as well as a share of tokens originally allocated to ineligible wallets, proportionate to the gas fees paid after TGE. Users must claim the additional tokens on the same chain as their initial claim; Aptos users should use their EVM wallet to claim.
